PURPOSE

Alberta Law Libraries is seeking a replacement for our current integrated library system. 

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) and subsequent Proponent demonstrations is to identify a Proponent with whom Alberta Law Libraries (ALL) will negotiate a contract to supply, install, and support a new integrated library system (ILS). Proponents are invited to submit proposals for the provision of a new ILS in accordance with the specifications of the terms and conditions set out in the linked RFP.

This competitive procurement will be conducted in accordance with one fundamental objective: to maximize the benefit to ALL while offering Proponents a fair and equitable opportunity to participate.

January 09/2026 (note: Alberta Law Libraries is extending the submission deadline from January 02, 2026)

• Proposal due by 3:00 pm MST.
