- Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Services (RTDRS) – call 310-0000 then dial 780-644-3000 or email rtdrs@gov.ab.ca. RTDRS is a tribunal that is more informal and less expensive than going to court. It gives landlords and tenants an alternative method to settle issues without going to court.
